Rock Tech Shop Pvt. Ltd. Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage: Rock Tech Shop Pvt. Ltd. (“Rock”) warrants our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a specified period from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. The warranty period varies depending on the product and is indicated in the product documentation or on our website at the time of purchase.
2. What is Covered: During the warranty period, Rock will repair or replace, at our discretion, any product that proves to be defective due to manufacturing defects or faulty materials. This includes components, parts, and labor necessary to remedy the issue.
3. What is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
- Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Improper installation, handling, or maintenance
- Unauthorized modifications or alterations
- Normal wear and tear
- Loss or theft of the product
- Any damages caused by third-party accessories or components not provided or approved by Rock
4. Warranty Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:
- Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or warranty card.
- Contact Rock’s customer service team via website, email, phone, or in-person at one of our authorized stores.
- Describe the issue and provide any relevant information or evidence requested by our team, such as photos or videos of the problem.
Upon approval of the warranty claim, Rock will:
- Send a delivery person to receive the faulty product. The delivery charge to bring faulty product from your place to Rock warehouse falls under your scope. Rock representative will collect delivery charge with you by online medium before sending the delivery person to you.
- Repair or replace the defective product with a new or refurbished unit, or a comparable product of equal value, at our discretion.
- Cover the cost of parts and labor required for the repair or replacement.
- Send the product to you via delivery partner. Delivery is free of cost to you.
5. Limitations of Liability: Rock’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product as described above. In no event shall Rock be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to other devices or property.
6. Exclusions: This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from Rock or through authorized resellers. It does not extend to products purchased from unauthorized sellers or obtained as gifts or promotional items.
7. Governing Law: This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from or relating to this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nepal.
8. Changes to the Warranty Policy: Rock reserves the right to modify or amend this warranty policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
