What is playback time of Thunder?

The playback time for each charge around 11-12 hours at 50% volume with ANC on.

Can we use any charger to charge Thunder?

Yes. You can use any charger with type-C cable to charge Thunder. Red LED is on while charging.

Do we get a charger along with speaker?

No. Thunder does not come with a charger in box. However you will get a charging cable.

Can we play FM radio on Thunder?

Yes. You can play FM radio on Thunder. Please check the user manual for FM radio controls.

Does Thunder have an in-built mic for hands-free calling?

Yes. Thunder has an in built mic for hands-free calling.

Is Thunder water resistant?

Yes. Thunder is water resistant. It has IPX5 rating. You can use it in light rain.

Does it have AUX mode?

No. Thunder doesn’t have AUX mode. You can play music using USB/TF/Wireless mode.

Does Thunder have any warranty? How do I claim warranty?
